Our family recently relocated from Minnesota to Tennessee but wanted to keep our house in St. Louis Park. We enlisted the assistance of RPM, and within three weeks they had found a suitable tenant ready to move in almost immediately. I finally had enough of managing my own properties in Edina, and dealing with tenant issues.Before I thought property managers would be too expensive and wouldn't have my best interests in mind. But hiring these guys is one of the best things I've done. The fees are very reasonable, and by the way tax deductable. Now I have so much less stress and can sleep better at night. They take care of tenants calling with questions, they did all the legal leases and track all the payments. I no longer have to worry about late rents and if tenants will pay! I would urge you give them a call.
